Why should I sealcoat?
How unsealed pavement is damaged by environmental factors:
- Sunlight, moisture, and gasoline leave surface gray, open, and porous
- Moisture can penetrate the surface. Pressure and an unpredicatble freeze/thaw cycle makes cracks bigger
- Top layer erodes, and cracks grow larger
- Pavement begins to deteriorate
How sealing protects your pavement:
- Protects from sunlight and UV rays
- Prevents water penetration
- Resists damage caused by gasoline and oil
- Bond firmly to pavement to provide a smooth, durable barrier
- Restores rich, black look of new pavement
